My name is Neeti Tripathi. This is my third year with Gear Up. It has been a great learning experience for me.

Born and raised in India, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from my hometown Bhopal, India. Thereafter, taught for three years in an Engineering College. In 2001, I married Ashish, who is a software Engineer and came to the United States. Now I live in Wilmington with my husband and three and a half year old son, Ishaan.

Teaching is my passion. Math is my favorite subject. I have a teaching license for grades 5-12, in Math. Apart from teaching, I love to play chess and I am learning to ski and golf. I am a nature lover and Fall is my favorite season. I follow the motto “Past is history, future is mystery, present is a gift, so enjoy it”.
